CANCELLATION POLICY
A new deposit is required if you cancel 24 hours before your appointment and the old deposit is lost this is very circumstantial I charge 100% fee for cancellations after 24 hours or no-call no shows. If you choose to reschedule it needs to be before 24 hours. You can only reschedule ONCE with the same deposit for the same hairstyle.
